I got appointment with tm on March 1 to change to unifi vip5 , got few questiong to ask,

1) is it possible to maintain the same house phone no. without paying any extra fee?

2) Do i need to terminate my streamnyx manually? or auto terminate?

3) If i change my mind about not upgrading to unifi (before March) , will i need to pay for penalty?

4) finally is the speed stable for 5mb/s? my current streamny is 1 mb/s.

just installed unifi today. They say come at 2.30 pm, then at 3 pm they called say that technician got problem, and say 4 pm will arive.
Then i wait wait till 5 pm still not arrive = =. They arive on 5.45 pm zzz.

The lan cable to plug to iptv box is only 1 meter, not long enough to reach my tv. They dint bring longer lan cable = = and they say they will bring me longer lan cable tommorow with rm 20 charge.

Overall sattified with unifi service, get 600 - 660 kbps. I have 1 question, should i on the modem 24/7 cuz the phone line is connected to the modem, if the modem off mean no incoming call?

is the ip for unifi static? i can't seem to change the ip ><. reset the black modem still getting the same ip.

the download speed from filehosting is very slow even i use premium = =. Only getting between 50-150 kbps and not stable. Normally speed began slowdown in evening.

If the bill send through email, which email it will send to? unifi email or my hotmail?
And how to log in to myunifi portal? I dunno the password, thus i press forgot the password and send to my email but i dint receive anything in my email (hotmail) . Wondering which email acc it send to since i cant access my unifi email.

how to increase upload speed? tried to upload stuff to some site hosting but only getting 95 - 106 kbps on vip 5.

i got some question about the bill. Which email tthey will send the bill to? I registered for unifi using my hotmail. WIll they send the bill to my hotmail or unifi email?
