Hey guys I'm moving out this week and I filled up the relocation form on the unifi website twice. (fast and convenient they advertised it) They never contacted me!
I called them and I gave them the order number and they told me the form on the website isn't implement yet.
Seriously what kind of bullshit is that?
They said I will have to go to a tm point to ask for my relocation it's impossible to do it by phone or internet.
I will have to take the cab and pay RM30 just to go to the nearest tm pointand that really pissing me off. Is there another solution to that problem?
