hi all, i wanted to check whether im still able to reschedule my installation schedule and do i still entitle for the promotion fee installation charge rm200?. early registrattion online i put march and they do called me the next day and confirm my schedule but now i want to change schedule to early installation.

why my unifi havent call me to re-confirm the schedule for installation? i tot 3 days before the schedule date.
