UniFi at my place has been down for a week now... it seems like my whole area Bandar Botanic Klang is having the same problem as i have check with my neighbors and friends in other taman. each time i report to them they call me and ask what's the problem then say network issue and will let the technician know about it then they close my report and make me wait like an idiot with no feedback and result after that phone call. mad.gif What type of service is this la? 1 week already and no results very FAIL. grumble.gif

If there is any UniFi tech here kindly please let me know what exactly is the problem at my place? icon_question.gif

Looks like Streamyx copper line even it's slow and crappy but it's uptime is way better then UniFi.

I'm at Bungor, at least your optical is green once in a while... the last mine was green was last monday from 8pm to 12am that also the internet keep dcing every 20mins then when red until today. my friend at Angsana got his optical green on Thursday but with no VOIP then friday gone again.
UniFi keep caling me everyday and asking if my Optical is green already or not, what's the point of calling when they don't come and check? why don't they just send someone to check? so fail service mad.gif

That's how i got my issue resolved.

It's not yr equipment having the problem. The problem is at the exchange.

Email to who? I only keep making reports and they are getting closed... they just keep caling and asking your internet up already? like a parrot -.-

Mine might be the green box because i check with the neighbors using the other green box they said they never ever had any problems... so weird..
