Hello, I need some opinion from experienced people here.

The unifi contractor came to my house today, they checked my house and said that the hole that connects the telephone line from the manhole to the telephone box in my house is too small, so they need to do some drilling and thus need to charge me about RM600+ extra, I think this is quite unreasonable and suspect they are conning me, I tried to negotiate with them but they left immediately soon after and asked me to find my contractor and make another appointment with them. What's your opinion in this?

Anyone knows what's the problem if the BTU unit's optical light becomes red?
