Hmm..we need to pay for the modem if it is stuck by lightning? It falls under customer fault? What a stupid TnC.
They even have guts to ask me to off everything if it is raining. WTF!!! How much we need to pay bt. Forgot to ask I only ask for the set top box which is RM450. |
