Yea... for those byond subscribers, if your decoder is damage, simply just call them, and within 3 working days, their technician will come to your house and without any questions at all, they will straightly change the decoder to the new one. Including RC unit as well... Without any charge at all.... Perhaps TM can do like what Astro does by impose the additional monthly 'rental' of RM10 for every HYPPTV STB... So, it can be considered that STB is TM property... User is just 'leasing' it from them. Thus, like Byond, lifetime warranty will be given to the decoder (until the customer terminate their subscription)... Just my 2 cents... But I really doubt TM will do like that for HYPPTV STB... This could be the reason why they discourage people to use their own equipments?
