actually i can hit more than that , cos i waste some time to find the source and let the internet idle...
i could easily hit 22xx~25xxkb/s equal to 9GB / hour ^^!~

so far currently residential package not yet throttled xD~ so i can unlimited download , max speed is 216GB/day....i also got wat to dl and the hard disk price is so sky high =.="!~
