Not true. You can wait feedback from those already using fax on unifi. I ain't a business user, no need fax. Not sure about the details but I've been following the thread for a long time. Saw many ppl asking and confirmed can use.

Unifi support fax. You need a splitter to split the phone line after the BTU to ur fax machine.

There is no problem with the router. I didn't switch off for 90 over days and heavy torrenting and running NAS on it. No issues at all. However I have a stand fan installed to cool all the equipments every 1 hour.

Thanks, rattan, what firmware are you using on your WR841ND?

Thanks for replying. Trouble getting any solution for this. Ever since unifi installed, my fax could not get any incoming fax. But i can send out-coming fax. Ill try the splitter solution.

New policy by TM? Why not call them to confirm? I was not charged any installation fee at all by TM. Mine was a rather uneventful "standard" installation.

This probably due to they dd not check the fiber line with measuring equipment during installation. The signal may be bad. My installation went perfectly and I signed the paper already before I remember that they have not test the phone. Fortunately the phone is not working and I checked that the internet and IPTV were down as well. The tech mesured the fiber signal with a meter and it showed "Lo". They have to re-make the incoming fiber connector and mesured a good signal and the phone and everything else are working ever since.
