Just call the i-care number ask them bout the oil filter.

They say the blue one is using the right specifications so is fine. I say then why some SC give black some give blue not standardized. Then why on your proton part also show diff part number for inspira and the one you are giving is suppose to be for saga,persona and waja. She say she can't explain also but just keep saying as long as give back SC is certified one.

Then in the end she say she can't help .. better if I go back the SC and ask their advice.

This one is blue not black. Black one is Mitsubishi one. If yours is blue means is the RM12.22 one lo. Check your service receipt.

Going back to my SC at 2pm to ask them about the oil filter. I still don't feel good about using the same filter used in saga/persona/waja

Service advisor say Proton issue memo that the black one replace by the proton filter. No warranty void or whatsoever wor. They did say previously indeed is using the mitsubishi one. He say if i want the black one, they can order for me the next time. Seen the memo also from Proton of replacing the filter.

I think certain SC dont carry the black filter hence they issue the memo it can use the blue one. Thats why he say if i want the black one i can order. He say i can bring my own also.

Yeah agree.

Not sure bout the website probably they just don't bother updating it.

Basically they can provide black and white that Proton did say can use the blue one so nothing much can be say there. Unless they charge you RM30+ for the blue filter then you can make noise. If you want the black one just request for it next service.

Last time I asked before already. Pretty sure the ducktail and chrome is screwed on the bonnet which I've no idea why they need to do that. Unless the latter batch they didn't screw..
