Is that possible to DIY those basin sliding door and where could found the materials?

Looks like aluminum frame. Can get them from those shops doing aluminum windows or picture frames.

I been quoted for 3 toilet costing me more than 1.2K, with 7Fx2F area...Is that reasonable?

What material? Powder coated frame?
Should be around that price; as each of they are quite small, only 7' x 2'
