hi guys, how is your experience dealing with E Neng so far? I must say that it was really frustrating dealing with them. I don't know if it's the salesperson who's not doing his job properly or the company. I have a quotation given to me dated 29/2 and til today, they can't get the design right. Designer keep drawing wrong stuff, salesperson keep delaying appointments.. 1 month+ just to finalize a grill purchase? So tiring... 

Who was your salesperson? I called up the manager and requested for a change of salesperson but she asked the same fella to attend to me. Apparently their designer quit, and then their designer from another outlet is not experienced bla bla..

But several forumers here recommend E Neng and I saw their catalog, the works looks good
