Anyone knows how to make hard disk partition on SS?

I already install one but still could not do the partition....

All sifus ....120gb ssd issit enough for win7 64bit + 1 antivirus software? any reliable brand can suggest? Intel?

After applying all updates, just the Windows 7 Ultimate OS will use up around 18GB. Clear all the update backups and don't have restore points.


For SSD, you don't need to have the indexing turned on.
Buy 2 off 256GB and put them in RAID 0. Buy 4 if you need 1TB later on.
I have both the Crucial M4 128GB and the new Intel 330 120GB. NBo difference from what I can tell.

I would say get the one that would be most comfortable to your pocket.

Upgrading to SSD and you will never turn back to normal HDD if performance is what you're seeking. Btw guys, can SSD be installed at old laptop?

If I get a new SSD plug it in to my old laptop then it wont boot?
What if I want to install new OS in it? Can i just boot from disc after I change to AHCI mode in BIOS?

Nowadays SSD prices are ridiculously cheap man. I bought my OCZ VERTEX 2 last year March at rm 430, and the bullsh*t part is mine is only 60gb (actual 53gb) and sata 3gp/s somemore!! .
The newer sata 6gp/s interface is still new rite?
