On my company's notebook running 128GB SSD and Windows 7 Ultimate, I find that when I right click on any file or any icon on the drive, it takes like 10 minutes or so before I can get any menu. I can move the mouse but the mouse arrow changes to busy during that time. Anything wrong?

anyone can let me know the comparison between SSD with 15k RPM 6GB/s SAS, 7.2k RPM near line SED SAS, seagate momentus XT ?
I was thinking to use 300GB SSD, 3 seagate momentus XT. It's seaget momentus hybrid drive work slower than thos 15k RPM 6GB/s SAS |

Sometimes if my PC BSOD'ed, when it restarted my OCZ Agility 3 won't be detected in the BIOS and I have to restart the PC again for it to be detected. Is this normal?

Performance difference between them is pretty much non-existant, as I assume you're using it for data purposes. |
