Pros: - Nice ICS UI elements - ICS task switcher (very smooth animation & swipe to kill apps) - New task bar (swipe to remove) - Music player can be controlled from lock screen and task bar - New ICS Gallery app - New Google ICS apps - The OS is slightly smaller than GB (got more free internal memory space) Cons: - Still the same old music player from GB - Somehow the phone can get easily hot faster (just like in the old stock GB firmware, the latest GB firmware does resolve this issue) - Battery drain slightly faster - UI sometimes a bit laggy - Still the same old widgets (no XPERIA NXT series widgets) - Home screen always reset after playing any game (even light games) - Screen orientation change takes time to trigger - Xperia S apps & widgets may do not work if you try to install, except music player and it cannot be controlled from lock screen & task bar (maybe because Xperia S apps/widgets works in GB only) Overall, the whole OS feel a lil bit slower than the GB version.
