depend. best if you go to the shop where you bought the phone because they have record. my charger got problem, when i want to send for warranty, i forgot to bring the receipt. but the shop accept because they have record.

yup so true. go launcher is nice with big customization, but it's resource hungry. all their apps are resource hungry (e.g. go sms pro, go contact, go widget)

Rooting do not cure lagness.im using stock-based rom,so nothing improved except with root function n recovery mode.
*
As for me i think it solved,by removed useless apps that running, and using a v6 supercharger.. rooted, but still locked bootloader.

But,i seams fc on Legendary Heroes... other can play, zzz
now wanna buy a 32gb class 10 brand kingmaX.

Do you think this xperia pro mk16i support this class 10 speed? or useless?

Thanks

Btw, this not an AP set.. Feel like.. Wtf... sad.gif -smile.gif and one more, the wifi connection not stable, DC in few minute...
*
just try upgrade firmware

QUOTE(jamik @ May 9 2012, 11:31 PM)
but by doing this, will i void the waranty...?
btw, my fon keep showing new system update anvalable 4.0.2.A.0.62
actually what is this..? from my google, its seem like firmware.. should i do this update, im afraid wither this is ICS.. very noob in android T_T zero knowladge..
*
it does not void warranty if u flash properly and using the stock firmware
if u wanna flash with your own,u can flash it by using flashtool.. Then try download the stock firmware on xda (.ftf)(can find on xda xperia arc android development and make sure,u are mk16i/mk16a),install sony pc companion... flash at your own risk...

There still no official update of ics for our xperiapro mk16i/a. Dun worry... brows.gif

.62 is still GingerBread... 2.3.4

*

Added on May 12, 2012, 9:44 pmJust wanna share my method of rooting without unlocking bootloader at still got a .62 firmware update...

edit
Requirement
-make sure ur firmware not end with .62
-got pc
-xperia 2011 phone lineup,including neo/v

Firstly
i think u can read Here

Or

Let me explain.

1.Install Sony PC Companion.
2.Download Latest DooMLoRD_v4_ROOT-zergRush-busybox-su.zip
3.Make sure ur phone is set to USB Debugging and Unknown Resource
4.Extract the doomloard file on C:\
5.Run it without run as administrator.
6.Violla,after restart, u got rooted on stock firmware without unlock the bootloader, thus u still can use track id from sony ericsson.
edit
7.Then,update ur phone OTA update... i mean is using wifi.

Enjoy rooting phone.

I dont responsible if anything happen with your device, but i already use it and test it to my device,Xperia PRO MK16i. nod.gif

rooting do not solve, but what u did after u root will solve. so conclusion, by only rooting ur unit only, it wont solve. understand what i wanna convey here? smile.gif

if u want flash stock rom,no need root. if u wanna flash custom rom,u need to be rooted and installed ClockWorkMod recovery. And it depend on the rom,if it needed custom kernel to be flashed, then u need UNLOCKED BOOTLOADER.
