follow the instruction. do not go the market. Scan the QR code using Bing. Click OK. Bing will then display windowsphone website as the result. click on the result and install the app from there. Thats what i did for my Lumia 610. But my Live ID is US though. Maybe thats the issue. Try the steps.

if anyones interested

offer valid until July 31. Try to further bargain. Unlike any other products, i dont see a member price for all Nokia Lumia sets.. strange indeed. If you have Seng Heng reward points, try to use it even though its not that member season yet.
