I dont think it's because of lower voltage esp when you can only see it in firefox and not games. I'd say try to change it to 10 first, if artifact still there then try to change to 20 when OC'ing the GPU. these are just few steps to find out a root cause of your problem. usually when people OC< they wont lower the voltage but instead either keep using stock volateg or raise the voltage a bit. so have you tried updates driver/firefox/flash player etc?

i will try it tonight set 10 first and see there is any artifact .
i lower the voltage because this is rig going to full load 24/7.
with stock voltage will be very hot and the fan noisy.
this is actually fresh windows and all updated software.
another question is if i change the board power li,is the temperature also increase or remain the same ?
example remain the same clock speed and memory but just put board power li to 10.
