heard that Rosewill had a very cheap and nice looking case...and is aluminium one...RS series...
VS9 very good with invention and lots of features...no doubt buying it...but just the hdd cage fix lar...if got a bigger gpu the problem lol...

Rosewill is aluminium case...better heat dispassion than 0.6 SECC Japan steel...
gnne84 recommend cm430 also a good choice...if u really on budget...get a rosewill...

many brand such as Antec also has good and cheap casing...CM brand a bit dominated Msia market...
for my opinion...get a cm430 lar...vs9 cant remove hdd cage...if a bigger card slot in then problem lar...tt v3 and CM430 both the same just the cm430 has side panel...cm370...i dun really like the design...but decision is up to you...
for me i go for tt v3 or cm 430 XD
