my friend from kelantan post my laptop which borrow from me 3 week ago, he sent my laptop to skynet at 5 january 2012 and until this day ( 9 jan 2012) i don,t get any item sent yet, even a phone call, i live in ridzuan condo nearby a sunway pyramid, as a receiver, should i go to to their branch to ask and reclaim the item even myself don,t have a tracking number ? (i was call the customer service 2 hour ago and he say tracking number are required) i don,t know a tracking number because i was a receiver for the item. i have read in skynet website said a delivery no more than 3 day

hmmm...ask ur fren provide tracking number and try to check online...
if he no wan give tracking number,he makan ur laptop already..
if he provide and u traced online,call skynet tell them send immediately...

receiver should know the tracking number oso ,from the sender...

you'll need tracking number to retrieve ur laptop.

Ask your friend for the tracking la since he post your lappy. He should have the consignment slip.

i argue with him today and almost accuse him , he say the slip crumbed in his pant pocket in washing machine, however he contact me after he visit a skynet again just know and said hard to check without track number but the skynet ask him to give a i.c number
