I bought mine from digi online, it is stated there in their delivery date as for today, 12/01/2012... but till now haven't hear a single word from them... is it normal???

I not yet root my phone... already downloaded the latest kies from samsung, but when i plug in the usb the kies said that i am having latest firmware too... i am 2.3.5... what have i done wrong???
