To enter into recovery manually is it power + home button + volume up?

Does a full wipe comprises
1) wipe cache
2) wipe dalvik cache
3) factory reset?

Is there any news on a miui rom for the galaxy note? Currently using miui on my old htc hd2 and that rom is solid..
