Done update to 2.3.6 with wifi OTA file sizeabout 68 Mb, setting phone update.take about 15min, done

Im still dont know how to update my note..still using 2.3.5...can you guide a noob like me...the thorough guideline to update...im supernoob :-(

I think OTA is messed up. Downloaded 9.56MB file but kept failing. Using KIES and work like charm. For those having problem with it, suggest you turn off auto firmware checking and downloading in KIES. Find it automatically downloading the firmware in background. Sometimes make it stuck.

What kind of on/off? Wifi? Phone on off?

Yeah, that's the keyboard update from 2.3.5 to 2.3.6
Also included single handed keyboard..

Does the hook scratch the housing of your note becos i am using same like yours but dont really find its practical

Im still using maxis BIS on my BB and planning to cancel the service and shift to data plan for my SGNote. any advise on which plan to pick? kinda blur here. Currently my Note is using Celcom prepaid.

hmm, native clock speed is 1.5ghz but uses adreno 220. mali 400 rules the GPU war clean and fair.

yes, mine too, a bit weird coz i already use benny method updated mine with mobile odin to 2.3.6.  Anyone has updated this?  what version is this? ICS? 

EDIT: Just recheck, it is just a 9.56MB update, anyone has any idea what it is?  thanks.

All these changes started with firmware KL1 upwards on 2.3.6. Now latest firmware is LA4
