What to do when i put my note, on the spot i like it,

Before using Black silicon case fill my note very cheap..

have installed RR18 rom,upgrade from RR17,
Done factory reset, wipe....With RR18 rom, my note temp very hot 49 deg, charging temp 51 deg..quickly pullout battery, let it cool down. install back RR17, the temp back to normal, temp below 40deg,charging temp 42deg..any one have heat problem with RR18 rom, tq
