It is good to wipe cache consider it as spring cleaning. It will not harm phone and infact is good step to rebuild all cache during reboot

Of course you can flash it. You can always flash another kernel on top of it if hou do not like the default chainfire kernel

Your phone must be rooted and have cwm installed first before you can flash any rom
Flashing romow rom will comes default with chainfire kernel
You can flash kernel through cwm recovery similar to flash rom zip or use mobile odin

Your multimedia data is on the 11 GB partition of internal SDcard. It will not be affected. If you are worry, just copy it over to external Sdcard
Titanium Backup will backup your system n 3rd party apps cum data ( associated with the apps ) on the 2 GB partition of the internal sdcard. Your multimedia data will not be backup as it is outside of the 2 gb partition

Sorry no idea about this issue. Don't remember I have problems with it. I am now on Rocket V17 since this morning - must say is the best Rocket rom to date. Very superslick and smooth

u can flash the stock look patch to revert it to stock look instead.
i like RR's transitions but not the 14 toggles, notification pulldown, and the setting icons.

Than just flash the stock theme look ( the link is listed further down in his posts first page )  - that is what I always did with rocket rom; never like his theming

Just come back from LY plaza, hunting for some accessories. Found this bumper. Tho made of cheap material, but it looks nice on my Note. Bought at rm47.. Hope more bumper coming. I tried the aluminum bumper, but dislike it, coz it makes the Note looks very bulky, and looks funny
