i would suggest before you take out the battery, you do a brief check of the battery voltage
short cut from dialer :*#0228#

my phone every time charge full is 4.193 volt
OR

standby a multimeter, measure the battery when you unplug...
*
i get only 4.163V...

with charger plugged in is 4.206V

Nowadays any files that is more than 100MB I will download from office as at home, the line is very slow. I don't know you guys but my home line is becoming very slow nowadays...subscribe to 1MB streamyx and I don't get even half of it. That day TMNet guy call up and ask whether want to upgrade my package or not. I suspect they purposely cap your line then call you up to upgrade.

I do hear some said if your area have alot your Unifi subscriber, they ™ will cap your line (Streamyx) and give it to Unifi users...
*
I noticed that downloading from popular File Sharing sites like Rapidshare and Hotfile, the speed is capped. I used to get 150-200kB/s but now as most 80kB/s after peak hours but during peak/office hours, it was more like 20-30kB/s. Test again using my SLOW Digi line and can max at 125kB/s.

alrite, here is the story.. i've flash my SGN with custom theme *.zip that flashable using CWM clockworkmod recovery. but somehow, after flashing, it goes into a "boot loop" (stucked at samsung boot logo)..

and now my question is...

how can i revert back using the OEM or maybe using Kies to recover to SGN factory default settings (hard reset)?

What is your PC OS. XP? Mine also the same, seem like XP will give this kind of problem. If I connect to Win7, no problem....

did u do a backup beforehand?

well either way u oso lose everything. so no diff lol.

option 1:

1. off phone, take out battery n wait 30 sec.
2. reboot into cwm mode (vol-, home and power button altogether)
3. wipe data and cache, den go into advanced and wipe dalvik cache
4. reboot. if still bootloop, wipe again. wait 10 minutes for the device to bootup cz after wipe it will take longer time.

option 2:
use odin to reflash the stock rom. go to sammobile to dl the stock rom.

Hi, I am currently helping my sister to find a tablet. Hopefully you guys here can help me out. What is going to be the most important feature is a good camera and a decent photo manager app.

I am currently using an Ipad2, and have this excellent photo app called Photo Manager Pro.

I feel that the Samsung Galaxy Note hits the sweet spot for size wise and also has a nice camera compared to my inferior Ipad2 camera.

The tablet's main function would be to take pictures and have those pictures managed into folders (date) and subfolders (ID numbers).

Now my main question is, what are the best apps available that will allow me to immediately create a subfolder THEN only take pictures, not the other way around. Say, 5 pictures for a subfolder. Rinse and repeat.

You may flash latest firmware or rootable firmware. KL3 below able to root using cf-root (zergrush). After that all need to flash via mobile odin.

LA3 latest. Direct root not available. Checkout my blog. Its good enough for normal user. Stable and fast.
