yes. anything need to use internet will deduct ur data when u din on wifi. orelse u will not be able to connect to others. for basic users, i recommend umobile prepaid RM28 per month, 500mb quota, free 100 min call and 30 smses.

of couse got. go try mydatamanager free/ data counter widget/ lbe privacy guardv2 (blue color one). dun go for 3G watchdog, dat one is freaking inaccurate. btw ur house gt wifi or not? and ur company/uni got wifi or not? if got then dun need so much data. taking 3Gb data quota while u're fully surrounded by wifi coverage is wasting ur money.

well, lifetime warranty. the price is okay to me since SGP is easily more than RM70 (even though it comes with 2 pieces). the reason to do in bulk is to reduce the postage costs. like what everyone said, if u got the money to spend on high end phone, y dun spend a little bit to get a good quality casing/ SP to protect it? will u use petronas if u drive ferrarri?

i'm not mad la bro. i'm cool lol. to me those cheapo SPs are only temporary solution and wont last long and not really dependable. in long run good SPs provide better customer satisfation, user experience enhancement and also more hassle free as those cheap cheap SPs all easily worn out and need to replace. jz nw i apply SGP SP to my GalNote also took me around 1 hour. my boss almost snap on me d.


yeah. dun simply go with the number advertised. go take some cheap cheap plan first, analyze ur usage pattern and roughly how many gig u spend every month. den only make ur call. maxis's early termination charges can cost u ur trousers.

jz got a original one from alieamin. RM100 though

flashed rocketrom v18, and feel the transition animation or even scrolling in tw feels laggy like having constipation. checkrom is way more smoother.

be patient. give it up to 10 minutes to boot. otherwise redl the v18 rom. i flash it from checkrom v3 with full wipe and no issue.


u mean the rom backup or apps backup? if rom backup u can easily redl back from sammobile. if app backup jz redo the backup will do.

from my previous flashing experience, some roms need u to wait some time for it to boot up. furthermore full wipe will take much longer time for the phone itself to reconfigure all the settings. jz be patient. reboot into cwm, wipe everything, reflash, and wait it to bootup. while waiting i suggest u go take a bath. if come back still same, then check the md5 of the rom file u dled.

nope. the 2nd day i got my GalNote i flash to checkromv3 and stayed until jz nw. so no chance to test v17 :-/ the theme for v18 a bit too fancy d

can also. since it doesnt require full wipe, unlike me who comes from another custom rom
