The boutique business class hotel is situated strategically between Taman Nusa Bestari and Taman Bukit Indah, Johor Baru
"Our corporate clients include banks, universities and government institutions," said hotel manager M. Saseekumar, who added that many were long-term guests.
He said the hotel understood that IT savvy people required Internet facilities. As such, he said, wireless broadband service was provided free throughout the hotel.

Saseekumar said the room rate included daily breakfast at the rooftop cafe and this attractive package was welcomed by regular guests such as senior managers, engineers, lecturers and professors.
The 113 rooms are each equipped with a 32" LCD television and, tea and coffee-making facilities. A small refrigerator is provided for long-term guests.
The 42" plasma TV screen in the executive suite is installed with a space-saving swivel so that guests can watch their favourite programmes in bed or from the sitting room.
Families choose to stay at the hotel as they can enjoy old-fashioned bonding in the Zen-inspired Family Jumbo room which is equipped with extra large beds.
The large beds also make the hotel a popular choice with groups attending wedding banquets.
It is also a city retreat for guests who wish to enjoy a retail therapy break at nearby shopping areas such as Aeon Jusco, Tesco Bukit Indah, Giant Bukit Indah and the Sutera Mall. After shopping, guests can enjoy a panoramic view of the city as they unwind at the rooftop swimming pool.
For more pampering, female guests can request for a relaxing in-room Thai massage by a therapist from the spa.
The hotel also boasts rose-themed Love-in-Pariss honeymoon suites. The centrepiece is a classic round-shaped bed, while the other furniture and fittings feature a romantic pink and white colour scheme.
