I tried port forwarding all battlefield 3 ports, turning off UPnP, turning off windows firewall, turning off router firewall and resetting router. Nothing has worked so far. Disconnected in 5 - 30 mins.

aarggggh and i thought this issue would be resolved by the time i get home which is now..

Typical BF3 thread, goes off topic. Never fails.


Anyway, try the infamous Punkbuster manual update. But based on my experience it doesnt resolve it.

So current solution:
1) dont play
2) reset router every 30mins
3) play other games with BETTER SUPPORT and CONNECTION

if problem is at their end they will not announce it. They will only announce when its underwater cable crap which affects half the continent and there's nothing they can do about it.

yea i called TMnut customer service, they acknowledged the problem and it was since yesterday. All necessary maintenance schedules have been put in place and it will be till tomorrow the 10th Jan.

already update/reinstall ....just not format pc only....

one way is to download pbsetup, add game BF# & then manually make sure your pb is up to date..

I'm facing this sh!t problem also...sometimes can play for 20 minutes without problem...sometimes 5 minutes...fucuk betul...

Suprisingly tmnet said by 13th they'll fix the problems but today.. no disconnected.

after 5 round still no sign of disconnected from ea.

Deckard, they estimated this problem to be fixed by 13th Jan. By estimation, meaning it could be before 13th or even beyond the 13th.

Must be something screwed up at TM's side last saturday, as mine recovered at Tuesday or Wednesday.

I am using 1mbps.

streamyx 1mb here, reported no dc issue but line seems very slow and lagging a few times in game

if every match, then its most likely ur connection.

but i played dota2, csgo, medal of honor warfighter with no problems..plus ping is only around 40 and 70 at max..

am having same problem. using unifi.

this problem still occur to me til today, unable to play in peace! >:( dunno who to blame, isp or EA.
