requirement:
1. 7"/10"
2. usage primarily for 1080p movies and videos
3. Slim
4. no lagging issue, smooth
5. Slim

recommendation please? Been reviewing ramos w17pro and ainol novo elf 2

And also one more tablet with the same spec with max budget of rm400

P/s: if there's custom rom available would be a big bonus
