Onda vi40
Teclast A10T
Momo11 Bird

I think these are reasonably good picks.

Read a couple of reviews online that Teclast A10T wifi signal a bit weak

Adamw, how's the battery life of that new unit coming along? Better than the Onda Vi40?

adamw, regarding oem/clone units. Is the firmware regularly updated? Do these units usually have a website to download firmware?

I'm undecided as the testing of the dual core is very impressive by my china associates but it's only 7" IPS. Once I get the sample next week will make a decision and inform you guys.
*
Ok, are you planning to get the dual core 7" IPS only? Any plans to bring in the Allwinner A10 10" IPS tablets?

Thanks!

Hi all,

Anyone have recommendations for a ten inch tablet with good battery life (preferably around 7-8 hours with wifi off). Using mostly for reading and surfing.

Main criteria is battery life and wifi range.

Thanks!

Get an OEM Momo11Bird. It's wifi on certain model is better than than the original. Also make sure battery is 8000mAh. Will last you 8 hours no problem.

Do you know where I can find OEM Momo11Bird? Do you have any contacts? Or do you have?
I can only find the original Ployer version on Google, low yat, and Mudah.

Thanks

What do you mean by auto touch? Random ghost touches here and there?

ya.. the random ghost touches.. sometimes it will go crazy and the screen will juz flip left/right by itself..
then i hv to turn it off n back again and everything will be bck to normal..
this is very annoying especially when u r playing games.

not sure whether this is due to software or hardware problem.. some said hard reset will fix this problem..
will try this.. if not, will flash with newer firmware..

Wow, were you able to claim warranty?

Maybe screen protector issue?
