looking for a tablet, tight budget

requirement:
1. 8" / 9" ips (prefer 8"）
2. wifi not very important, must have 3g or doogle.
3. usage for movie, online, whatsapp, email checking, light game like angry bird, photo viewing, reading books
4. no lagging issue
5. most important, battery must need last long...

recommendation? price also...

been searching in lowyat last weekend, but the ppl scare me off... too dangerous for a lady to go there alone...hehe...

yea lor.. so scary... once up to second floor, every one like fighting for customer like that.
i saw there was 1 guy holding his cpu, suddenly this staff from one of the company like wanna grab from this guy, said" hi sir, what's wrong with ur cpu?? free checking here.. free checking here..."
scared me....

the carpark also dangerous....so dark and so ful....

8" normal screen, with 1gb ddr ram, roughly how much?
97." ips , with 1gb ddr ram, 700++ ~ 800++ -> which model u suggest?
