yeah i'm eagerly waiting for dual core tablets from china too....even though ramos is already available, the lack of hdmi port turned me off.

Hoping that ainol elf 2 will have hdmi.

actually bought the a7hd at digital mall and really regret it. don't know what's the problem can't connect to internet (not loading at all)...initially tested the ramos w17pro and decided to go for it but no market installed. and screen not so good compared to ips. going to exchange it tomorrow with ainol novo 7 aurora.

haha....reason my a7hd can't connect to wifi cos the device has very weak wifi receiver. i have to come at least 15-18ft to get a signal. if i'm in my other room no signal at all. i'm using wifi in my room now for my pc and my htc desire's wifi also no problem to connect to my wifi. no wonder when i tested the ramos w17pro it loads the internet quite fast and for a7hd i couldn't get connected even though it shows wifi is connected.

so kinda sucks in this area but 1 thing good is the IPS screen. when you put ramos and a7hd side by side .... a7hd wins hands down. the viewing angle of the ramos is a real put off.

so i'm still in a dillema here....should i change to novo 7 (LG ips screen) or get the ramos?

Bro I was also unsure which to go for...ramos or aurora? In the end I finally choose ramos. Even though its only tft screen compared to aurora's ips, I'm not going to have 2 tablets side to side. I prefer something more future proof (dual core wins). No hdmi, no problem (already got media player). No market, no problem can alwiz download.

yeah totally agree bro....i bought from a LYN seller (shop in digital mall)....good service. i initially got the hyundai a7hd but returned it (screen flickering and bad wifi receiver) and swapped with ramos w17pro. no questions ask.

ok guys...already upgraded my ramos w17pro to newest firmware (20120517). google market fully workable. wifi strength seems better. heat not sure yet. will update once i tested more.
