Why my chuwi v7can't run hd gameloft games? Anyone experienced this before?

i bought a china tab brand ANN model A333 for my son birthday..after 2 weeks of usage, when we on the tab it got freeze at the grey android logo (the word android not the robot)

the specs are as stated below:

android 4.0 ICS
CPU Allwinner ARM 10 1.5hz
8G internal

the price - rm 299

i really (1000x) need help from anyone who's kind enough to give me step by step instruction on how to make the gadget functioning..as my son really frustrated..(who don't)

from googling i learnt that mayb i need to root (is this the right term) a firmware that is compatible with the tab i bought. kinda save it in my sd card, then it will run the firmware itself..

i don't install CWM yet in my tablet.. can you give steps on how to flash CM9 on my Chuwi V7 (which i guess it's same to the Momo9 specs) since i'm new in android world, so i don't have any confidence to flash by myself... i need guide :/

Any idea what tablets have in-built GPS that works with off-line maps? (i.e. ones that don't need 3G and dataplan). Do they work well or are they quite bad i.e. only update sporadically?

Branded or china tablets are fine. The only one that I know of is Zenithink Z102 but not sure how good it works in real life.

adam..i've succeeded flashing the firmware but my touch sensitivity screen won't function..what went wrong this time..

have tried different kinda firmware..eg ics 4.0.3..for 1.3mp..2.0..

but none working properly for my touch screen..
