Any of u guys experiences prob that cement powder or small cement rock trapped on windows rail/track ? There are loads of powder trapped outside the balcony after air con installation and i'm really having a hard time as the powder flies in everytime i opened the windows. Anyone have any good idea/method on how to get rid of it ? I'm thinking to get a vacuum cleaner but not sure whether it is a good idea or not..

These are probably the debris from the hacking work in the aircon installation. If they are not sticking to the aluminum frame, then you could use the vacuum cleaner with assistance from a brush (those that you use for painting)
If they are stubborn, just use wet cloth to remove them.
