so, the advantage of stiff rings is better handling?
may i ask how do u guys measure it? e.g. during turning?
i don't see how it'lll improve turning, thought it's already pre-set.

Steering response is significantly improved. Even more so in an older car, where there's more wear & tear.

So based on the above, is it safe to say that new cars/cars with good steering response will not need stuff rings?
