It will sync all the picture from GNex to the Google+ account. oh i see ..i never try Google+ yet lol Disable it will do last night AOKP 15 is out ..anyway how to restore Apps/Settings using Nandroid after finished clean wipe and flashing new ROM? my TitaniumBackup only restore Apps but not settings, and the apps scattered all around, or TB actually working that way? please advise. QUOTE(phantomash @ Jan 10 2012, 10:07 AM) Nandroid restore the whole ROM, when you restore, you restore the whole ROM. thanks for the info TB is for apps and apps data. if you're flashing to a new line of ROMs, e.g ARHD to AOKP you can't restore you settings data, as this will mess up the ROM. otherwise you won't have to wipe in the first place. |

QUOTE(phantomash @ Jan 10 2012, 12:07 PM) it depends on the ROM update, most of the time you don't have to wipe if you're flashing one update, but there are times where the update is big, the developer will specify that you to wipe first before flashing. so the simplest way before flashing is :-Either way, wipe or no wipe, its best to backup first, nandroid or TB, every time you want to flash a new ROM update. Unless of course if you don't mind losing all the data, then don't backup 1. Run TitaniumBackup (on current rom) 2. Nandroid backup (to be safe) 3. Clean wipe (optional) 4. Flashing new ROM 5. Restore TitaniumBackup (on new rom) Correct? No? |

QUOTE(djlah @ Jan 12 2012, 02:52 PM) Dear flash maniac, already flashed 1. AOKP - Milestone 2 update - nightly Build still is 15 2. franco.Kernel: 12th January - nightly #12 * Revert Regulator driver backport from 3.2 - I think this was the cause for the strange reboots during browsing etc * Stripped down the config - more debug shit deleted * Added NTFS support * Added ColorControl by Ezekeel: /sys/class/misc/colorcontrol/v1_offsets V1 gamma offset triple (default -4/0/5, set with 'echo "-10 0 -2" > v1_offsets' for example, causing green tint when 2. value < 0) * Some minor tweaks and optimizations franco.Kernel updater app: * Added ColorControl mod - you can now change the colors on the fly without having to mess with scripts or terminal commands |
