when an update comes... you need to read the 1st post again from a-z
some updates just requires you to do wipe cache and wipe dalvik cache and then flash

some updates requires a full wipe! usually the dev will state on the 1st post

read the changelog as well... some updates have bugfixes.. some update are adding new features

do also read a few page of post on the thread so that you can see some flash addict stating any bugs or what happen when they flashing without full wipe

then you will know whether you can skip the update or the update is critical to ensure stability and good batt life

if you dont like flashing rom more than once a month... then better stick to stock rom..
any updates on stock rom for sure:
- dont require you to do any wipe
- updates are small in size
- all your settings and data untouched
- rock solid stability with 100% working features & functions

currently using AOKP build#17 + ApexV5 kernel
im still testing out which custom kernel suits for my needs

AOKP itself is really2 smooth as butter.. super many extra features until some its 'bloated' with features in a    way

my practice when i feel hot.. i give my phone a 5 minutes rest

Nilkin is one of the average quality types - I have bought it before for my galaxy note but don't quite like it as its quality is so-so and quite thick. TYou can always buy it online from the lowyat site you have posted - you should get it within 2-3 days if seller has stock
Rearth USA is a complete different quality - it is I'd say the most expensive backcase I have seen to date - it cost me US$ 35 inclusive delivery ( US$ 26 + US$9 ). Based on users at XDA very good review on quality and is the thinnest back case so far for the G Nex , even slimmer than SGP ultrathin back cases. Expect it to be in my hands by next week too

I don't see the point arranging this bulk buy just to save less than US$3 for shipping. When you get it , you still need to spend another RM 5 ringgit to courier it to the buyer. At the end of the day, the buyer only save RM 4 !!! Might as well buy directly. They respond very fast. It was sent out the next day after I order it

The Melko offers protection with flip cover for front while the rearth is only a backcase. Both are different types of casing

Do you recommend this over Franco or Apex 's kernel ? I have decided to switch back to Apex V5 after testing out Franco b12 on AOPK Milestone 2 for about 2 days. I noted Franco kernel drains battery about 50 % more than Apex V5
