New Gnex user here. Now I in the process of setup ADB driver. When I tried to type "adb devices" in cmd after connect my Gnex to my PC, it shows error "cannot connect to daemon". Anyone can help on this?

Wanna ask a noob question. I have done a nandroid backup before I flash my gnex to Yakju. After flash to Yakju, is my nandroid backup still exist as the data is being wiped out?
