why the white(white color on screen) of GNex look yellowish.is that normal?

He meant the white balance of the amoled. Yes, thats normal as different phone will have different color balance. U can use voodoo to change it

Those who just got their phone, did you guys notice the Screen Banding issue? Like Horizontal lines across the screen when viewing dark grey colour.

For galaxynexus, u'll need a kernel with colorcontrol.

It is a hardware problem...but a kernel manually changes the values of rgb to fix this.

I dont think so, by changing those settings like that normally will make the colour unbalanced. For example...u fix yellowish problem by increasing the blue colour saturation but the original blue colour will become more BLUE.

Nexus S have this... after gingerbread release since march last year. 1st timer amoled? BTW, some folks managed to change under warranty

Some very yellowish, some not very. Depends on luck. I think someone posted 3 GNex next to each other with different colour tone on all of them.
