Found out that my gnex feel quite hot on the top right when browsing for some period... Scare it will defect the screen... Any1 experience the same thing?

My gnex hang on the homescreen today.... 2 times... after restart the phone then now ok ady but need to monitor again... haizz... any1 facing this before?
