Why don't you use Daemon Tools mount that .bin file and watch instead of changing the format in order to watch in your computer.
You may use Alcohol 120% or others.
* You just want to watch it with your computer right?

Err, Daemon-Tools can mount DVD or CD image what, whether the quality is bad or not then it depends whether you downloaded the good or bad quality... hehe cheers smile.gif
