Sofa, Leather or Fabric?

Anyone has experience with the sofa sold at IKEA ie: Ektorp brand? From the website, it seems like that it has 10 years guarantee on its brand.
I am surveying for the type of sofa to buy for my new house, and its seem like the sofa from IKEA (fabric type) is within my budget.. |
