I just got my small townhouse renovation work done at sg boluh.. the contractor i am using is good as so far i know...
1) whole house pipe work ( 2x toilet and kitchen)
2) 24 X downlight plus 8 new plug point
3) 2 toilet tiles work
4) partition wall
5) 3 wooden Door, 1 sliding Gate, 2 glass sliding gate, 2 toilet flod door
6) Painting work
7) staircase handle (wooden type coz is much cheaper)
8) and more

The price is very reasonable (RM 8K ++)and the best i like the most is he will do all the cleaning for me b4 i move in with no extra charge and even during the renovation he did clean up b4 he go. Now my house is like new, haha..
