What DNS are you using on your Apple TV? Use 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4 which is google DNS. That might solve your problem. You can change your DNS in your Apple TV network settings. Probably the movie servers are not compatible with maxis DNS.

better yet, change the dns on the maxis router itself...but not sure if you have access to it or not

AppleTV is a streaming media player like asiabox or ps3. It streams media from internet and also from your devices. AppleTV in particular has AirPlay that can stream media from Itunes, be it Mac or PC and all iDevices (Ipod, Iphone, IpaD)

The newest AppleTV is AppleTV3 it stream media in full HD (1080p) and it cant be jailbroken yet.

The old Apple TV1 and ATV2 can be jailbroken but they dont support fullHD.
The reason why we need it to be jailbroken becoz the default internet streaming services in ATV are only few and most are not free. So they want to install other services like XMBC

But you can also install XMBC or all internet streaming services offered by AppleTV in your PC/MAc or or devices too. So no big deal.

So why still want to buy AppleTV?

1. becoz it's so cute
2. becoz we buy all things apple.
3. becoz we are isheeps
4. becoz we are mactards
5. becoz of airplay

My personal reason is no 5. Air play is the whole new level of wireless style in media playing and mirroring display.

i would avoid using wifi on ATV2 since it's an old wifi chipset..
use cable if available..

or else, try to check for wifi settings on your unifi router

If the slots are full, you just have to try again. But if ur only seeing the settings icons, it means u either have the wrong dns or the dns is not functioning. But it is, I've been using it all the while and even now it's working fine. Send me a print screen of your atv network config. I'm using maxis fibre 10mb too.

shouldn't be a problem...if u already have xbmc, why need to use netflix?
find a plugin called navi-x and you should have all the series you want
