Just done flashing newest XXKPA modem. Based on Xda forumers, data speeds and signal quality is better compared to previous modem. drool.gif

No. Basically different modem give maybe better performance, battery life, signal, wifi,etc..
For me, XXKL1 is battery friendly, newest XXKPA need some time to test.

Why you so drool on Galaxy Nexus anyway? Besides of ICS, 720p reso, and google stock UI, I dont find any interesting thing. Even camera also 5 mp only. S2 and note have 8 mp( one of the best 8 mp phone camera according to some reviews). nod.gif

1. google phone!!!

The irony part is previous google phone only few interested. This one many2 people wait it.
3. S2 should have NFC, but for our region not have right? maybe same case with LTE.

I agreed that Stock GB is ugly, so custom ROM and theme is the answer. Thanks S2 got many developers.

Me 2 month++. But check rom v4 only around 9 days before flash other rom when XWKL1 is out. Check rom dev busy with galaxy note right now. sweat.gif

My next ROM would be custom ROM based on official ICS. Now on Criskelo Rom v38. Don't know to choose which dev right now. Have to look first.

Because v38 is using 360 launcher. That why a bit lagness and glossy. v37 is the best. I hope v39 is removed the launcher.

Nice UI = google aosp rom. try The-GingerMOD v0.8,old version
check ROM = stock ROM + kitchen Pro. but no update. old version
Turkbey = all the boot logo and icon changed. still use TW
Criskelo = like turkbey but ics themed with stock TW launcher. Only v38 got 360 launcher.
Up to you want choose what.

BTW, stock ROM XILA2 2.3.6 available now. smell new rom update from dev tongue.gif
