Yeah basically it's really not much diff. I would even go as far as saying the S2 is even better than the Nexus IMO, except the screen and the latest software (only for now). S2 is better looking than the Nexus, thinner, lighter, more popular, having better cameras and so on. My two cents. after reading the link below it is not so much different from my i9100G.
