den wan back stock, flash odin with stock firmware wont increase binary..
odin will increase binary if flash custom rom n kernel only hehe

You will get boot loop on first flash. You got to disable conservative first, and then reboot.

Many bug I would say.
Anyway guys, if I want to tweak my cpu governor, how should I do that? I mean what app I can use to tweak those?

To change cpu governor use setcpu or voltage control.

Thanks for the reply but I am looking more deeper into scaling with those up and downs etc. I tried system tuner but don't have the option I am looking for 

now going flash rom.. need clear dalvik/cache before flash? or no need clear / after flash clear

If ur phone ever need to send back, just flash back stock rom then root gone plus sc isnt that strict also

Just bought 3weeks old Samsung Galaxy Note today ^.^ count me in! lots to learn from sifus here.

Normally the rom itself will clear these for you. But to be safe just clear before and after. No harm done.
