Didnt they tried thinking in the first place, why do I need the camber nut? Why and what went wrong with the OEM camber nut that it needed a replacement with some cheapo looking stuff? Is the car has been wrongly designed from the first place?
Okay, I might be wrong with this, but since most cars in Malaysia are front wheel driven hence, most of the traction and steering happens on the front wheels. I believe, manufacturer has done their best to set the steering and wheel alignment geometry to be perfectly balanced and tweaked for good handling. Including the camber setting for the front wheels.
"But..but.. wrong camber can give un-even tyre wear?!"
Rotate the tyres from front to back to even out the wear. Do it in 6 months interval. Well, depends on the usage and frequency of traveling.
I like my slightly negative camber on my fronts..
