I would like to send an item weight around 0.2kg from Taiwan to Malaysia but am very confused on the shipping method and charges. I browsed through their website and there are this 3 options:

1) International EMS -> Delivery 2-3 days, up to 30kg

2) International Parcel Post, got 2 types
AIR PARCEL --> Delivery days 8-11, no size limit
SURFACE PARCEL --> Delivery days 45-75, no size limit

So...can I summarize as below??

EMS is the fastest way to send from Taiwan followed by Air Parcel and Surface Parcell. All this 3 methods can be used to send an item like a small cosmetic box size? Hope I'm right...for those experience...pls share yea....

And will all this 3 methods will have tracking number one?
